The plan is to 1) use this Petition as a litmus test to any candidate for Congress. 2) By the fall, the website www.nar2012.com, will have a bar tab listing all candidates on the ballot by state and district. It will also indicate which candidates have signed on to the Petition. All Americans can use this to determine who they want to vote for: That candidate who signs the petition and has the back of 99.9% of Americans, or the candidate who does not and supports everything that is wrong with America today.
There are 468 seats up in Congress up for election on November 6th, 2012. America can take back the entire Congress if we vote as one.
This Petition empowers all Americans to vote as one and take back the Congress.

This petition is searching for that one Congressman and one U.S. Senator who has the courage to convert this Petition into both an HR bill and SB (bill), make it official, and providing a rallying point for all Americans. Who in Congress has the courage?
Demanded of Our Congress
We want to extend that power of the people back into the government of the United States of America, as America’s Founding Fathers originally intended.
We know of no other way to accomplish this, than to demand of the Congress, that they fully take back control of all their Constitutional Powers (Duty), as specified in Article I, Sec. 8, of our United States Constitution.
We simply demand that Congress do its Constitutional Duty.
This action, will restore the Public Forum to our government, and the American peoples power and control over that government.
This is what is wrong in America today. The people have been robbed of our power over this government, which is supposed to derive its just powers from the governed, according to our Declaration of Independence.
Stolen by the distorted and perverted application of the necessary and proper clause against the intentions of our Constitution’s Framers, the constitutional power and authority of the people made possible only by the Public Forum, has been stripped away from the legal function of our United States Constitution.
For what may be necessary is never proper when it removes the duly constituted proposal, debate, compromise, and vote over these powers within the Public Forum and out of the constituted and daily exercised powers/duty of Congress: But in its stead, places these powers into the private hands of “cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men...(who) take up the reins of power for themselves…(For this) is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”*
It is either by the inclusion or exclusion of the Public Forum that represents both the difference, and definition, between Liberty and Tyranny.
Therefore, we make this demand on behalf of all Americans, and ask that all Americans make this demand known to their respective United States Senator and Representative; That unless they pledge to commit their vote in Congress to this demand for the restoration of the Public Forum and the power of the people over our government;

It is that simple, and we ask all Americans to join with us, and restore our liberty, freedom, and Constitution of our Founding Fathers back into America, for all Americans.
Our battle is in the hearts and minds of all Americans. And we ask all Americans to join us, and together vote to free ourselves on Election Day, November 6th, 2012.
